To activate press *72 and dial the number you want to forward to. If it is a long distance number put a one in front of the 10 digit number.

If the call is answered then call forwarding is active if it is not, repeat the activation procedure.

To deactivate press *73. The service is now deactivated.

First Register at www.watchtveverywhere .ca

  • Visit: www.watchtveverywhere.ca
  • Select Bruce Telecom from the list of TV providers
  • Click ‘Register’. You will need your Bruce Telecom account #(found at the top of your bill). Complete the Registration Form, providing the email address you would like to receive your activation email at, and a memorable password.
  • Upon completing the Registration form you will receive an activation email.

To watch programs:

  • Visit: www.watchtveverywhere.ca
  • Click Login and enter your email address and password
  • Select the TV Network you would like to watch (or listen to), depending on the network you may have to login again on that particular site.
  • To watch on your mobile devices, visit your App Store and download the appropriate App. Use the email and password you registered with.

All Bruce Telecom email accounts have a maximum limit of 1GB of storage.  Once you approach that limit, a notification will be sent to advise you that you need to empty some emails out of the mailbox.

To free up room in your mailbox, you will need to log in to our Webmail and delete some email from there.  Every folder counts towards the total mailbox size, not just the inbox.  This includes the Trash folder, so once you have moved some emails in to the Trash, make sure you empty it.  Please note, there is a meter in the bottom left corner of the Webmail, it will not update instantly, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't change.

Yes, it is a real email.  As part of Canada's copyright modernization act, we are required to send notification if it has been detected that copyright protected content was downloaded or viewed. 

If you did not download or stream the content noted in the email, we recommend that you ensure you do not have any programs such as Bittorrent, uTorrent, or any other file sharing programs installed on any devices using your network.  It's also a good idea to run a virus check on the computer.  You may also wish to change your wireless network password, in case a neighbor has compromised your network and used your service to download the content.
